I advise international investors and corporate groups on the corporate, regulatory and transaction side of investing and doing business in Poland.
As Head of Structuring and Solutions at Oruga Group, I lead the practice that international clients turn to when they move from interest in Poland to a decision: the structure of the business or the acquisition, the regulatory and permit path, and the transaction itself, through to closing. Over nine years, my clients have come from four continents, from manufacturing groups and institutional investors to technology and defense-sector companies.
My Practice in Poland
I came to Warsaw in 2017 for what was meant to be a short business trip. I found an economy with far more depth than its international reputation suggested, at the centre of Europe's supply chains, and I decided to stay. Nine years on, the gap between how Poland is perceived abroad and what it offers remains wide, and helping investors see it clearly is much of what I do.
At Oruga Group, I lead the structuring and solutions practice: I'm the person international businesses and investors call when they need to move from interest to action. My work involves designing corporate and legal structures tailored to each client's jurisdiction, goals, and risk profile; guiding clients through regulatory and compliance requirements specific to Poland; structuring the Polish side of acquisitions and investments; coordinating with legal, tax, and financial teams across multiple countries; and providing ongoing legal advisory as businesses scale their Polish operations.

Over the course of my career in Warsaw, I've guided hundreds of clients from four continents through investing in Poland. Every year has deepened my understanding of Polish corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and the practical realities of doing business in Central Europe. Nine years in, I know this market from the inside out.
Philosophy
I believe that entering or investing in a new market should feel like an expansion, not an expedition into the unknown. My role is to remove the uncertainty: to translate the complexities of Polish corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and institutional processes into a clear path forward.
Every client I work with gets the same thing: direct access to someone who has done this many times, who speaks the language of international business, and who treats their investment in Poland with the seriousness it deserves.
