For nine years, I've done one thing exceptionally well: helping international businesses enter the Polish market with legal precision, strategic clarity, and the right structure from day one.
As Head of Structuring and Solutions at Oruga Group, I work at the intersection of legal practice and business strategy — designing the corporate and regulatory frameworks international businesses need to succeed in Poland. My clients come from four continents and more than a dozen jurisdictions. What they share is the need for someone who understands both sides of the bridge: the framework they are coming from, and the one they are entering.
My Practice in Poland
In 2017, I arrived in Warsaw for what was supposed to be a short business trip. It became a permanent decision. I saw a country with extraordinary economic momentum, a strategic position at the crossroads of Europe, and a business environment full of opportunity for those who knew how to navigate it. I've been here ever since.
At Oruga Group, I lead the structuring and solutions practice — I'm the person international businesses call when they need to move from interest to action. My work involves designing corporate and legal structures tailored to each client's jurisdiction, goals, and risk profile; guiding clients through regulatory and compliance requirements specific to Poland; coordinating with legal, tax, and financial teams across multiple countries; and providing ongoing legal advisory as businesses scale their Polish operations.
Hundreds of clients. Four continents. Nine years.
Over the course of my career in Warsaw, I've guided hundreds of clients from four continents through successful market entries. Every year has deepened my understanding of Polish corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and the practical realities of doing business in Central Europe. Every client has added to that expertise. Nine years in, I know this market from the inside out.
Philosophy
I believe that entering a new market should feel like an expansion, not an expedition into the unknown. My role is to remove the uncertainty — to translate the complexities of Polish corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and institutional processes into a clear path forward.
Every client I work with gets the same thing: direct access to someone who has done this hundreds of times, who speaks the language of international business, and who treats their investment in Poland with the seriousness it deserves.
